TripleNine Stainless Pty Ltd offers a complete turn key operation for all projects, including design, installation, PLC software programming, full project management, and 24 hour breakdown and maintenance service.
Services include procurement of equipment to fabrication, testing, compiling QA documentation, carrying out IQ/OQ to commissioning.
Their equipment includes three fully equipped orbital tube and pipe welding machines capable of welding 6mm - 100mm, using fully enclosed weld heads and up to 300mm using an open framed head.
They have fully trained and experienced personnel to carry out pressure testing and chemical cleaning of lines including passivation if required. Full workshop facilities are available in Silverwater, including a 120 tonne break press equipped to fabricate stainless steel sheet metal items right up to fabrication of large storage vessels for the food/beverage or pharmaceutical industry.
TripleNine’s maintenance service can be custom designed to suit your needs, including but not limited to total replacement of diaphragms/ gaskets in purified ring main systems to replacing UV lamps, and providing a full report on the system's running function thus preventing unscheduled break downs which can ultimately cost the company lost production time, lost income, as well as substantial financial losses.
They operate AutoCad software and have full design capabilities.
Three 20ft shipping containers have been converted as mobile workshops for large onsite project work if required to minimise using the client's facilities and therefore reducing the clients down time in production. They can also supply and manage crews onsite for the construction of pipe work whether it be for the pharmaceutical, food or beverage industries.
